The Christchurch, New Zealand Camino Group held its inaugural meeting in February of 2017. The purpose was to provide a forum where prospective and returned pilgrims could meet to share ideas regarding the Camino. Over the years the format of our quarterly meetings has evolved to better meet the needs and wishes of our members. We have purposefully fostered a safe environment where people willingly share their thoughts and feelings about a range of Camino topics.
A walking group was established to provide further opportunities to meet and exercise.

When and where do we meet?
The group will next meet on Monday, November 17 2025. The venue has changed so we will be meeting in LC2 & LC3, the Upper Riccarton Community Library (see map). Entry is via the library main doors and the meeting rooms are on the right
Come at 6:45 pm to socialise with the meeting starting at 7:00 pm.
